Spring is the perfect time to tackle essential spring cleaning tasks that will benefit both landlords and tenants. Landlords should focus on exterior management and landscaping, while tenants should take the opportunity to deep-clean their living spaces and complete necessary maintenance tasks.

    For landlords, the arrival of spring means it’s time to not only perform vital spring maintenance but also pay attention to the external landscaping of the property.
