GFP Real Estate, LLC has announced that The Asian American Foundation (TAAF), a nonprofit organization, has secured a new four-year lease for 6,750 square feet on the 18th floor of 322 Eighth Ave. in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood. The lease agreement was facilitated by Allen Gurevich and Matthew Colavita, representatives of GFP and the tenant, respectively.
TAAF is expected to relocate to its new space in the coming month, once the construction of their general and executive offices is completed. The space was previously occupied by Entech Media.
