Cushman & Wakefield has successfully facilitated several lease agreements at 600 Lexington Ave, a prominent office building in Midtown Manhattan’s Plaza District. These leases include three new long-term leases and one lease renewal, totaling 31,274 square feet.
Among the new leases, Garnet Credit Management, a financial services company, has signed a lease for 8,875 square feet. Additionally, the Managed Fund Association has secured a lease for 8,577 square feet, while an unnamed financial services company has leased 5,245 square feet. MKP Capital Management, an investment advisor, has chosen to renew their lease for 8,577 square feet.
The landlord, 600 Lex Equities, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Harry F. Blair, Natalie Tobar-Romero, and Harry F. Blair IV. Garnet Credit Management received representation from Newmark’s Aaron Winston, Eric Zemachson, Neil Goldmacher, and Chris Mongeluzo. Transwestern’s Patrick Heeg and Chase Gordon represented the Managed Fund Association, and Savills’ John A. Mambrino, Patton Mooney, and Michael Bertini represented MKP Capital Management.
