Neology Group has announced the completion of its latest project, Fourteen Main Street Residences, located at 1470 NW 36th Street in Miami’s Allapattah neighborhood. The development has received its temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) for its 14-story, 180-unit Highrise mixed-use tower, which is currently 55% pre-leased. This milestone means that residents will be able to move in next month, with the second five-story, 57-unit Midrise building to follow shortly after.
The units at Fourteen Main Street Residences include studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 450 to 1,000 square feet. Some units also feature balconies. The development offers a range of lifestyle amenities, such as a 12,000-square-foot rooftop pool and clubhouse, poolside cabanas, coworking spaces, an outdoor movie screen, and a fitness and wellness center.
In addition to the completion of the project, Fourteen Main Street Residences recently secured a $63.5 million refinancing deal, which enabled the payoff of a $57.5 million construction loan.
Neology Group currently owns and manages over 1,000 apartments in Miami’s urban core, with an additional 1,345 units in the permitting or predevelopment phase. The company also has a pipeline of 3,155 units in South Florida.
