New York Governor Kathy Hochul has recently announced a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the redevelopment of 621 W. 45th St., a state-owned parcel located near the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum in Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood.
